Items that are not designs and or decorated can be return within 3 weeks of purchase date. Absolutely no returns on printed, washed or decorated merchandise, Garments should be inspected prior to decorating.
No, we do not charge a restocking fee or exchange fee.
Unfortunately, we do not issue any refund for shipping fee after it has been paid to shipping currier.
We fulfill orders Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays) Generally, if an order is placed prior to 12pm, we can usually ship it SAME DAY
